Day to day activities, habits and rhythms can have a huge impact on our health and wellbeing. Often these can be the hardest things to shift, either due to external factors and/or long ingrained patterns. But it doesn’t have to be daunting or feel like a chore to start to make improvements.
Your first session includes easy to use life-hacks and inexpensive ways to combat stress at home. Most of the time, they are things that I have used or practiced myself. These suggestions might include things like meditation, certain exercises, and more.
Because stress and life’s demands are dynamic, stress management tools and how they are used needs to be dynamic as well. It’s a process with many ups and downs, and we use follow up visits to make tweaks and improvements, so that you can get the most out of your treatments.
